The state of West Virginia is located in the Northeastern
United States. Usually the but of many jokes, the state
actually offers some nice places for a family to take
root and raise their children around some great small
town values. The terrain is widely mountains in the
state but there are many valleys with farmlands and
communities that comprise the majority of the urban
sprawl that is prevalent in the area.
The courthouses used to be a lot more crowded at one time with people doing public records research. Now you can locate the same records on the Internet and you don't have to leave your office to go to the courthouse and research these land records.
